HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 27, 2016 --
Nordic American Offshore Ltd. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.08 per common share for the 1st quarter 2016. The payment of dividend is expected to take place on or about May 27, 2016 to shareholders of record as of May 12, 2016.
The Company expects to release its 1Q2016 earnings report before NYSE opening May 12, 2016.
