HAMILTON, Bermuda, Nov. 09, 2016 -- Nordic American Offshore Ltd. today announced that it expects to release its 3rd quarter 2016 report November 14, 2016, before the NYSE opening. At that date the quarterly amount of dividend is expected to be announced. The record date is expected to be November 23, 2016, and the payment of dividend is expected to take place on or about December 7, 2016.
