After a four-year hiatus and thousands of requests from customers, Pasta Fresca returns to its original recipe roots, featuring flavorful balsamic, olive oil and roasted garlic over penne pasta, tossed with fresh tomato and spinach and finished with Parmesan cheese.
Noodles & Company broke the news of the dish’s pending return to fans via social media and in-restaurant teasers in the weeks leading up to its comeback. “Thank you for deciding to bring Pasta Fresca back!” writes Tiffany M., a loyal Noodles & Company customer, on Facebook. “It was my main favorite … nothing came close to this one!”
