Hays will be gifting and/or transferring his remaining directly-held shares of National Research Corporation (NRC) Class A and B common stock to the Amandla MK Trust, a trust for the benefit of Mr. Hays’ family and family foundation.
Commenting on this additional transfer, Mr. Hays commented, “Since 1999, my NRC stock holdings periodically have been transferred to trusts and a family foundation. These transfers, as has been the case with all other transfers, do not impact my commitment to NRC."
