The customer is a $1.4B nonprofit organization with more than 37 million members nationally. The engagement includes a multi-year SaaS subscription to Bridgeline’s comprehensive experience management suite which includes Web Content Management and Digital Marketing Automation, as well as associated professional services. Bridgeline will develop a custom website offering an improved online experience for their members. The new solution will also host upgraded administrative functionality providing greater insight into their member interactions. The association’s goal is to continue to drive member acquisitions in addition to enhancing their online presence and visibility.
