NEW YORK, March 23, 2017 -- National General Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq:NGHC) today announced that it received a notification letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq) on March 17, 2017, stating that because the Company had not yet filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission, it was not in compliance with the continued listing requirements under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). This press release is being issued in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(b).
With the filing of the National General’s 2016 10-K on March 23, 2017, the Company has regained compliance with the applicable listing rule.
