- NACD Cyber Summit in Chicago, June 21 Directors will share real-world insights and leading practices during this interactive event designed to foster organization-wide cyber resiliency.
- NACD Director’s Handbook on Cyber-Risk Oversight The 2017 edition of NACD’s most downloaded publication includes tools to help assess the board’s cybersecurity culture and sample risk dashboards.
- NACD Cyber-Risk Oversight Certificate Course Developed in partnership with Ridge Global and Carnegie Mellon University, this online course designed exclusively for directors confers the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight.
- Custom In-Boardroom Cyber Programs NACD’s custom programs help boards and management align when setting the company’s cyber-risk profile.
“Only 19 percent of respondents to our recent survey believe their boards possess a high level of knowledge about cybersecurity,” said Peter Gleason, NACD president and CEO. “In the current environment, board members must be able to demonstrate their commitment to providing effective cyber-risk oversight. We’re pleased to offer a portfolio of resources that will enhance directors’ cyber leadership.”
