With the League of Villains being surrounded on all sides by enemies, there is no doubt that Shigaraki and his friends are in big trouble. The most immediate threat is Gigantomachia, who is trying his best to flatten all members of the league. There is also the matter of the heroes approaching their location and the Quirk Liberation Army issuing them a challenge. As things stand, Shigaraki’s only hope for victory is to use Gigantomachia against everyone else in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 224.
As TheAnimeScrolls reports, Shigaraki will need to face off against Yotsubashi in order to consolidate his power. However, unlike what the publication predicts, it’s unlikely that Gigantomachia will simply go with him just to see his worth. The Titan is currently trying to pummel him, after all, and has not exactly been open to dialogue. This is not likely to change in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 224.
Instead, Shigaraki could use the giant’s desire to kill him against his enemies. He can lead Gigantomachia to the heroes who are currently heading towards their location, for example, and just let him deal with them. Once the deed is done, the league’s leader could then use the same tactic against the children of Destros. Readers should not expect this to happen in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 224, though.
Naturally, this is not going to be as easy as it sounds and even just proposing it already poses all kinds of issues. However, considering that Shigaraki is unable to deal with all of the enemies around him with his current abilities, he really doesn’t have that many obvious choices. Of course, it is entirely possible that something will happen in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 224 that will change the game.
As things stand, though, Shigaraki will have no other moves in “My Hero Academia” Chapter 224. Readers will see this for themselves when the chapter is released on April 12.
