Mimecast Limited (NASDAQ: MIME), a leading provider of next generation cloud security and risk management services for corporate information and email, today announced the pricing of a registered secondary public offering of 4,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $16.50 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares are being sold by Mimecast’s shareholders. Mimecast will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares. The offering is expected to close on October 4, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
