Meghan Markle and Prince Andrew are reportedly not on good terms.

A source told The Sun that the Duchess of Sussex is not enamored by the Duke of York. And Prince Harry’s wife also thinks that Prince Andrew is not an asset to the royal family.

The shocking allegations came in the heels of Prince Harry and Markle’s bombshell exit. Just weeks prior to their announcement, Prince Andrew also confirmed that he will no longer be a working royal.

“Put it this way, she doesn’t view Andrew as one of the family’s great assets and he’s not going to be one of the people she’s going to miss on her time away from the Windsors. She views him as the ultimate embarrassing uncle,” the source said.

When Markle first joined the royal family, Sarah Ferguson’s ex-husband was reportedly not very welcoming to her. As such, their relationship never really took off. Whenever the Duke of York is around the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, he would make jokes that only he finds funny.

Markle, who is a self-confessed feminist is not also a fan of Prince Andrew’s ways. And the fact that he was accused of sexually abusing underage girls didn’t help their relationship.

"Not just because of his questionable attitude to women and how he referred to them in that awful Newsnight interview, in which he was talking in an almost alien language as if all women were conquests,” the source said.

But the biggest irony of the situation is that Markle and Prince Andrew are no longer official members of the royal family. They are no longer required to perform royal duties on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II.

Meanwhile, the Queen and Prince Charles are still reportedly having crisis talks with the Duke of York. A source told The Sun that Her Majesty and Prince Charles initially hoped that they could rehabilitate Prince Andrew back into public life. However, this seems unlikely because the Duke of York has refused to cooperate with the FBI.
