LIVERMORE, Calif., Sept. 21, 2016 -- The Board of Directors of McGrath RentCorp (NASDAQ:MGRC), a diversified business to business rental company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.255 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2016. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2016 to all shareholders of record on October 17, 2016. The year 2016 marks the 24th consecutive year that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
