InterServ broke ground on the project at the Hyatt Santa Rosa at the beginning of February. The company will begin by converting the spa at the hotel and transforming it into nine new guest rooms in addition to a fitness center. InterServ will then move on to completely renovate the existing 155 guest rooms, including converting the tubs into spacious glass-enclosed showers, enhancing the bathroom experience with luxurious new marble tile, installing statement-making modern vanities, bold new fixtures and more.
“Every project is an opportunity to bring beauty and luxury to life, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the team at the Hyatt Vineyard Creek,” said Brian Brooks, CEO of InterServ, LP. “In addition to being responsible for the renovation and fixtures in the guest rooms we are also partnering with Claudian LP for millwork and high-quality stone finishes – a combination that will take the guest rooms at this hotel from great to extraordinary.”
