EL SEGUNDO, Calif, Nov. 01, 2016 -- Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (the “Partnership”) (NASDAQ:LMRK) announced today that it has completed its acquisition (through a wholly-owned subsidiary) of approximately 4,000 acres of land in California underneath utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects developed by Recurrent Energy, a subsidiary of Canadian Solar Inc. (NASDAQ:CSIQ), one of the world’s largest solar power companies, for a total purchase price of approximately $73 million.
