Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom 2019: Splitting Due to 'The Lord of the Rings' Star’s Insecurity, Reports Claim

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.Entertainment Tonight/YouTube

Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom stories often range from the couple getting married to the two splitting up, with tabloid gossips often intersecting with each other with completely opposing details. Sometimes, they even come out on the same day and are then picked up for other publications to echo. The point is that these kinds of stories are often made-up and the same goes for the story about them breaking up due to insecurity.

As Gossip Cop reports, Star recently published an article where the headline reads, “Orlando & Katy: Trouble In Paradise.” The premise of the article basically revolved around the fact that the Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom relationship is in trouble due to the singer supposedly being richer than the actor. This imbalance is supposedly inflaming insecurities of “The Pirates of the Caribbean” star.

“Orlando may be crazy about Katy, but the difference between their earning powers is a recipe for disaster, and everybody can see it,” the supposed tipster reportedly said. “Orlando wants to grow his career, but Katy’s the one whose star just keeps rising.

“It’s a strange situation for him to be in, watching her get bigger and bigger when he could use another major movie role.”

Juicy as these details may be if they were true, they don’t really make sense. To start with, the Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom relationship was already at this stage when it began. The disparity between their celebrity status was not an issue before, so why would it be a problem now?

When representatives for the Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom couple were contacted regarding this particular story, they confirmed that it is completely ridiculous nonsense. This was to be expected, especially considering just how untrustworthy the source is, but it is worth pointing out anyway. For fans of the engaged couple, latest reliable reports suggest they are going strong.
