FORT WORTH, Texas, March 02, 2017 -- KMG (NYSE:KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable March 17, 2017 to shareholders of record March 10, 2017. As of February 28, 2017, there were approximately 12 million KMG common shares outstanding.
