GLENVIEW, Ill., Aug. 04, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE:ITW) declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $0.78 per share for the third quarter of 2017. The dividend equates to $3.12 per share on a full-year basis. The dividend will be paid on Oct. 10, 2017 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 29, 2017.
