Achievements, Priorities, Trends, and Barriers
Toronto, Ontario, Feb. 26, 2018 -- The International Pharmaceutical Academy is pleased to announce its third upcoming Medicinal Cannabis Conference being held in Toronto, Canada at DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown on March 23 - 24, 2018.
This two-day conference will feature 10 of the world renowned experts from across North America including; Dr. Steven Laviolette from Schulich School of Medicine, Dr. Jahan Marcu from Americans for Safe Access Patient Focused Certification program, Dr. Philippe Lucas from The Canadian Medical Cannabis Council, Dr. Mark Lewis from NaPro Research, USA, Dr. Youbin Zheng, University of Guelph, and many more.
This conference will bring together a diverse range of professionals from wide range of research and development, medical, and cannabis industry experts who are directly involved; in Innovations in Cultivation, Processing, Cannabis Extraction, and Product Development of high quality and safe cannabis.
Among other topics, this event will create a forum to share results from ongoing efforts in understanding the use of cannabis (marijuana) for medical purposes in patients, cannabis substitution for opioids, alcohol, tobacco and other substances, and the current position by medical organizations on medical marijuana.
