(“IBI Group” or the “Company”) (TSX:IBG) invites shareholders to its Annual Meeting (“Meeting”) taking place at the Company’s headquarters at 55 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, ON, M4V 2Y7 on Thursday May 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. ET. The Company asks that all shareholders who wish to attend the meeting register here, although registration is not required.
