A lot of markets have been waiting for the Huawei Nova 3i, and it has since been rolling out to global consumers on a staggered basis. The device became available to Asian markets first, of course, since they do offer less resistance to the alluring features of the smartphone. It has since become available in Western markets as well, including Australia.
Interested consumers in Australia can now start pre-ordering their unit of the Huawei Nova 3i for only $599 AUD ($437.28 USD), or they could just wait for the Aug. 23 release date of the phone. For those in the land down under who are wondering if the mobile unit is even worth getting, Gizmodo Australia has specs for perspective.
One of the most exciting aspects of the Huawei Nova 3i is how its front camera features 24MP shooting capabilities while the rear only has 16MP. This is apparently due to the increased focus that the company has on AI-assisted photography. It also reportedly helps with the Face Unlock feature that the device comes with.
Regarding its other specifications, the Huawei Nova 3i comes with a Kirin 170 Processor, a 6.3-inch display with a 2340 x 1080 resolution, and up to 128GB of memory. For a device that is supposed to be sitting on the mid-range category, many consider those to be excellent offers. So it would be understandable if many Australian consumers start reserving their units now.
As Tech Radar points out, pre-ordering the Huawei Nova 3i before the August 23 market launch will net users a pair of FreeBuds from Huawei, which reportedly costs $199. These are wireless earbuds that function the same as Apple’s Air Pods. This offer is only good until the device officially launches in the country, at which point, it will be taken off the table.
