CONWAY, Ark., Jan. 25, 2017 -- Home BancShares, Inc. (NASDAQ:HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular $0.09 per share quarterly cash dividend payable March 1, 2017, to shareholders of record February 8, 2017. This cash dividend represents a $0.015 per share, or 20%, increase over the $0.075 cash dividend paid during the first quarter of 2016 and is equal to the $0.09 per share cash dividend paid during the fourth quarter of 2016.
