PALO ALTO, Calif., Nov. 09, 2017 -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE:HPE) today announced that the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.075 per share on the company's common stock. This is an increase of approximately 15% from the prior dividend.
This dividend, the first in Hewlett Packard Enterprise's fiscal year 2018, is payable on or about January 3, 2018, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 13, 2017.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise has approximately 1.596 billion shares of common stock outstanding.
