Certain of HealthEquity’s stockholders are offering 2,500,000 shares of the company’s common stock for sale. Additionally, the selling stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 shares of the company’s common stock. HealthEquity will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares offered by the selling stockholders.
