Ms. Reddy Brown is a licensed lawyer admitted to practice in North Carolina. Prior to her appointment as Deputy Chairman, Ms. Reddy Brown was Interim Vice-Chairman. Additionally, she served as the company's first Interim Deputy President and Interim Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Reddy Brown joined Guess & Co. Corporation as Interim Executive Vice-President and Corporate Affairs Officer, and was responsible for compliance and handled business development. Prior to Guess & Co. Corporation, she worked for a Charlotte, North Carolina law firm. She earned a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Clemson University and her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. As Deputy Chairman, Deputy President and Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Reddy Brown works with the Chairman to set Board goals and objectives, while working with the President to directly oversee the day to day operations of the company. As CEO, Ms. Reddy Brown oversees the senior executive management team of the company and executes the company's corporate strategy.
