Ms. Stewart is a seasoned business professional who has invested in real estate and been a partner in commercial financing ventures. She has successfully handled over $500 million in transactions throughout her career. She joined Guess & Co. Corporation as Interim Executive Vice-President, Managing Director and Group President of Operations. Following that position, she became Interim Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Corporate Officer. She served as Interim Vice-Chairman and Interim President prior to her appointment as Interim Deputy Chairman and President. At the company's annual meeting, the Board of Directors named her Senior Deputy Chairman and President. As Senior Deputy Chairman and President, Ms. Stewart works with the Chairman to set Board goals and objectives, while overseeing the company's day to day operations. The Chief Executive Officer of Guess & Co. Corporation reports to Ms. Stewart, and she is responsible for executing the coporate strategy of the company.
