NEW YORK, Nov. 16, 2016 -- Griffin Industrial Realty, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRIF) (“Griffin”) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on December 8, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2016.
