COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Aug. 31, 2016 -- Genmab A/S (Nasdaq Copenhagen: GEN) announces that pursuant to section 10 of Executive Order no. 1258 of November 9, 2015 on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, the total nominal value of Genmab A/S' share capital is DKK 60,181,757 at the end of August 2016, which is made up of 60,181,757 shares of a nominal value of DKK 1 each, corresponding to 60,181,757 votes.
