TURBO, ANTIOQUIA, Colombia, Jan. 02, 2018 -- Genesis Electronics Group Inc. (OTC-Pink:GEGI) Management would like to address corporate projections and goals for 2018.
- The company intends to complete its audit to become a fully reporting company on the OTC.
- The company intends to file a form 10 to change its name from Genesis Electronics to Cacique Mining and change the ticker symbol as well during the first quarter of 2018
- The company intends to execute its joint venture agreement at the concession of Gomez Plata. This concession has all the mining permits PTO, the environmental permits and the geology to start extraction and processing ore in 2018. Juan David Perez and John Nasibit visited the concession in December 2017. Juan David Perez Schile’s ability to identify concessions like Gomez Plata that have all the mining and environmental permits and the geology and to find the perfect team has saved our company more than 5 to 10 years of work and millions of dollars in geological, exploration and mining work.
- The projections at Gomez Plata ONLY will generate a positive cash flow for Cacique Mining in 2018 and allow us to go from 28 Ton per day processing to 50 tons per day in 2018 to 100 Ton per day by 2019. Gold price at $1,250 USD per ounce troy not considering Silver Revenue.

- Colombia was a key producer of Gold in 1980 and there are many mining projects that began between 2008 and 2013 but were left abandoned by small to medium size Canadian mining companies. The corporate goal is to find them, evaluate them and see what is needed to take them over. Juan David has already lined up several other properties that are in similar condition to the Gomez Plata project.
- The company business model will be to concentrate on projects that have identified geology, have most of the mining and environmental permits and can be brought into production in less than 1 year. We are doing it with Gomez Plate and we will do it with many more. We will concentrate on projects that can be cash flow positive in 1 year or less.
- By working with Inca Worldwide growing Sacha Inchi in communities next to Gomez Plata and other areas, the company will comply with all the environmental permits and we will provide jobs in the community that are crucial to having the support of the local communities.
It takes 10 to 12 years before a mine can be ready for extraction. We did it in 5 months.
