United States: MBA mortgage applications report due at 11:00 GMT. EIA will release its weekly oil inventory report at 14:30 GMT. FOMC will announce the rate decision at 18:00 GMT.
New Zealand: Q4 GDP due at 21:45 GMT. Growth rate expected to slow to 2.5 percent.
