UNIONDALE, N.Y., Nov. 29, 2016 -- Flushing Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (Nasdaq:FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the “Bank”), announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.17 per common share, payable on December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2016.
