RALEIGH, N.C., Jan. 25, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of First Citizens BancShares Inc. (Nasdaq:FCNCA) declared on Jan. 24, 2017, a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share on the Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable April 4, 2017, to shareholders of record March 20, 2017.
