FTC was one of twenty-one companies awarded a Prime contract, selected out of a pool of hundreds of bidders. FTC also represents one of three Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs), one of ten Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), and one of three certified 8(a) companies.

The 10-year T4NG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle enables the VA to acquire IT services in multiple Functional Areas, including: Program Management, Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Planning Support, Systems/Software Engineering, Software Technology Demonstration and Transition, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Enterprise Network, Enterprise Management Framework, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Cyber Security, Training, and Information Technology Facilities.
