Cadillac, a division of General Motors, and the Andretti racing outfit owned by former Formula One driver Michael Andretti have teamed up to form Andretti Cadillac.
Their move to become the F1's 11th team comes days after International Automobile Federation (FIA) president Mohammed Ben Sulayem called for more entries in F1
Andretti Cadillac plans to be based in Indiana with a support facility in the UK.
