Brandon Mack, director of advanced technologies at Epiq, will introduce Dr. Erwin Chemerinsky, founding dean and distinguished professor of law & Raymond Pryke professor of first amendment law at University of California, Irvine School of Law. Chemerinsky will deliver an update on the Federal and Supreme Court. The session takes place on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 11 a.m. ET and is CLE eligible.
