ROCKLEDGE, Fla., June 26, 2017 -- Elev8 Brands, Inc. (OTC Pink:VATE), a holding company focused on the commercial development of hemp and CBD-based products including hemp coffee, tea, and E-juices, which target the health and wellness markets, announces it has placed an order with its roasting and packaging partner for the first ever single-serve CBD infused coffee packets.
Chief Executive Officer Ryan Medico stated, “Our participation in this month’s international Coffee Fest Trade Show not only re-affirmed demand for our hemp coffee, but also the demand for CBD-infused coffee. We intend to leverage the commercial scale of our roasting and packaging capabilities to be the leader in CBD coffee production both in the Elev8 Hemp brand and private label.”
CBD is one of the 85 known cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Cannabinoids have been clinically proven to aide with pain relief, anxiety, inflammation, psoriasis, PTSD and a number of other physical and mental ailments. Elev8 Hemp’s CBD is extracted from Colorado-grown hemp, is 100% THC-free, non-psychoactive, and legal in all 50 states.
The company will be the first to launch CBD coffee in exactly dosed single-serve packets which will enable the consumer measure the exact amount of CBD per serving. Medico continued, “Over half the country drinks at least one cup of coffee per day. Adding your daily dose of CBD in our coffee makes it easy to get your exact preferred daily dosage.”
Elev8 Brands, Inc. is currently testing its hemp coffee and CBD products in two brick and mortar vape stores for evaluation by a wholesaler that serves over 70 locations. Medico stated, “We have received excellent feedback from customers at our test locations and are working towards a longer term higher volume contract. We look forward to updating shareholders on our progress and secured contracts.”
