NEW YORK, Nov. 11, 2016 -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces the filing of a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of National Beverage Corp. securities (NASDAQ:FIZZ) from July 16, 2015 through September 28, 2016, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for National Beverage investors under the federal securities laws.

According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) National Beverage lacked effective internal controls over financial reporting due, in part, to undisclosed channeling of expenses through off the books entities; (2) National Beverage lacked effective internal controls over financial reporting due, in part, to undisclosed material related parties transactions; and (3) as a result, Defendants’ statements about the Company’s business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times. On September 28, 2016, Glaucus Research Group published a report revealing these details for the first time. The lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages when these details entered the market.
A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than December 5, 2016.
