FREMONT, Calif., March 14, 2016 -- Digital Power Corporation (NYSE MKT:DPW) (hereinafter: the "Company") today announced that on March 9, 2016 the NYSE MKT LLC notified the Company that it has been granted a listing extension until June 19, 2017 on the basis of the plan submitted by the Company to regain compliance with listing standards. Specifically, the Company has shown how it plans to regain compliance with Section 1003(a)(iii) of the NYSE MKT continued listings standards with the objective to have stockholders’ equity be $4.0 million or more. The Company will be subject to periodic review by NYSE MKT staff during the extension period. Failure to make progress consistent with the plan or to regain compliance with the continued listing standards by the end of the extension period could result in the Company being delisted from the NYSE MKT.
