As a long-running series, “Criminal Minds” was always going to receive the honor of being given the opportunity to wrap things up satisfactorily. This is why the long wait for “Criminal Minds” Season 15 is going to be worth it since crafting a good conclusion needs time. Based on what has been said about the ending, it would appear that fans are in for quite the explosive time.
The lineup for CBS this year has already been released, Latin Times noted, and “Criminal Minds” Season 15 was not on the list. It would appear that fans will have to wait a little bit longer for the procedural drama to return. In the meantime, the cast has been providing some hints as to what can be expected in the upcoming season.
Aisha Tyler (Dr. Tara Lewis) recently spoke in an interview and provided details with regards to what fans can expect from “Criminal Minds” Season 15. Considering that the showrunners already know that this is going to be their last run, they seem to be giving it all they’ve got so that fans come away happy.
“It’s bittersweet that Criminal Minds is coming to an end,” the actress said. “But I’m grateful that unlike some shows, we were given the time to plan a proper series finale. We are all trying to savor our last moments on set. The end of the series is going to be really explosive!”
Although there have been no specific details with regards to “Criminal Minds” Season 15 is going to be about, it would be safe to assume that a lot of lingering plot threads will be resolved. There is even a good chance that some of the cast members who already left will be coming back for one last round. Suffice it to say, explosive would not even describe such an event if it actually occurred.
