The customer manages investments from research through acquisition and disposition by working alongside analysts, real estate brokers, property managers, appraisers, lending institutions, and various contractors. This includes a SaaS subscription to Bridgeline’s Marketing Automation platform which will enhance the customer’s email marketing initiatives to better target and segment brokers with multiple listings. In addition, the solution will improve their lead generation and audience segmentation using enhanced landing page functionality.
