YORK, Pa., April 11, 2018 -- On April 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:CVLY), the parent company of PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.155 per common share, payable on May 8, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 24, 2018. This quarterly cash dividend is the same amount paid in the previous quarter.
