Clark, NJ, April 10, 2018 -- In 1958, TÜV SÜD GRC opened its doors as American Risk Management under the guidance of F.M. Reiss, founder of the captive concept. What was then a limited range of loss prevention engineering services grew over the next several decades to include a wide array of unbundled services and expanded into a global company. Now, 400 employees in 19 countries work to uphold our core values of reliability, safety, and loss reduction.
On May 11, 2010, GRC was acquired by TÜV SÜD, a testing, inspection, and certification organization based in Munich, Germany. With more than 150 years of combined expertise and an extensive global network, the joint know-how of these two organizations adds to an already diversified portfolio for existing and future customers alike. In conjunction with our 60th anniversary we have further strengthened our partnership with TÜV SÜD through a rebranding campaign, including a new logo, which combines elements of our two recognized organizations.

This exciting year will see the launch of new services and the expansion of global reach, with a focus on providing more value-added unbundled property loss solutions to all our clients. TÜV SÜD GRC will be exhibiting at RIMS 2018 Annual Conference and Exhibition at booth number 737 on April 15th through 18th in the Exhibit Hall. Our talented sales group and subject matter experts will be happy to share further information about our unbundled services, including Arc Flash Protection, our newest service which launched earlier this year.
In addition to our presence as an exhibitor at RIMS this April, we will be placing special emphasis on our 60 years of excellence. To celebrate this special milestone at RIMS 2018 our Annual Client Reception will feature celebratory toasts, gifts and speeches. This special event will not only honor our company’s rich history, but also our partnership with TÜV SÜD, and our valued clients.
We look forward to this new chapter in the company’s history as we celebrate our 60th anniversary at RIMS.
