LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill., March 02, 2017 -- CDW Corporation (NASDAQ:CDW), a leading multi‑brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, today announced the completion of actions that will reduce the company’s expected annual net interest expense and extend debt maturities. Since both transactions closed in March, net interest expense for the first quarter of 2017 is expected to be roughly $40 million. For the balance of the year, net interest expense is expected to run between $36 million and $37 million per quarter.
