The dividend will be payable October 19, 2016, to common shareholders of record on October 10, 2016.
Banner Corporation also announced that it will report its third quarter 2016 results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. PDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) to discuss the results. The call will also be broadcast live via the internet.
