(NYSE:BKJ), the holding company of Bank of New Jersey, announced that its Board of Directors, on September 9, 2016, declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 23, 2016.
