On June 15, 2017, BAH announced in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) informed a BAH subsidiary that the DOJ is conducting a civil and criminal investigation relating to certain elements of its cost accounting and indirect cost charging practices with the U.S. government. This news drove the price of BAH shares down $7.43 or approximately 18.9% to close at $31.90 on June 16, 2017.
