(NASDAQ:RILY), announced today that it has priced its private placement of 18.75 million shares of common stock of Select Interior Concepts, Inc. at $12 per share resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of $225 million.
In conjunction with the transaction, Select Interior Concepts has granted B. Riley FBR a 30-day option to acquire up to 3 million additional shares of common stock at the offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
