Following a successful launch and deployment at UAB’s Birmingham campus, Medical West, a Bessemer, Alabama hospital that is part of the UAB Health System, will now use CipherHealth’s technology to better engage and manage their patient’s expectations and experience.

CipherHealth does this by gathering a combination of historical and self-reported patient data to create a highly personalized experience and better overall outcome. The platform integrates with the hospital’s existing technologies and incorporates self-reported patient data to identify and address service issues in real time. If a patient identifies with having medication questions, pharmacy is alerted in real time, eliminating inefficiencies for staff and delays for patients.
