Asus surprised us all when it released the Asus ROG Phone 8--it was the first time a gaming phone did not look like a gaming phone and had the modern look and feel that we expect from flagship phones.
Now, some new information has appeared about the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra, and based on the leaked renderings, it appears like Asus has grabbed all of the design components from the ROG Phone 8 and made it a little classier since the phone looks nearly identical.
Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra Looks Like the ROG Phone 8 But There’s a Catch
A Redditor discovered a collection of photographs related to the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra. The photographs were discovered inside the latest software for the Asus ROG Phone 8, and based on the images, it is clear that both phones share much more than simply the same business.
If Asus goes for this, the future Zenfone will not be a tiny flagship and may be as huge as the ROG Phone 8. With the exception of the main camera, which is still not the most modern, the specs are consistent with a 2024 flagship. However, the rest of the Asus Zenfone 11 appears to have top-tier hardware.
Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra Leak Spurs Speculation and Anticipation for Launch
Now, this is where some tech enthusiasts have some reservations about this leak; if you recall, WCCFTechrecently reported a leak in which the phone was discovered on the Google Play Console, but that variation used a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which is still not available in the market. The paradox may be perplexing unless Asus provides additional clarity.
Another issue that concerns some is the name itself. As you can see, Asus has chosen the Ultra moniker for the Zenfone 11. This could imply that the business would release a vanilla Asus Zenfone 11 with a smaller form factor, as this phone is quite large at 6.78 inches. For comparison, the Asus Zenfone 10 had a 5.92-inch display, so this is a significant boost.
In terms of release date, the Asus Zenfone 11 series is expected to arrive this year. We don't know when this will be released, but given that the phone has leaked twice recently, we may expect an official announcement from Asus soon, and we'll make sure to let you know.
