This is a promotion for Wetzler who most recently served as director of on-site service. He will work from the Tampa office and supervise the on-site and portfolio managers as well as work with the team based out of that branch.

Wetzler began working with Associa Gulf Coast in 2006. He has been an on-site manager, portfolio manager, consultant for senior management and hotel/resort operations manager. Wetzler has obtained his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), which is the only international certification program designed exclusively for managers of homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives.
