Courtyard at Zionsville is a new community consisting of 65 maintenance-free homes. The sought-after, quaint community on the northwest side of Indianapolis features a club house, fitness center and pool.
Lawrence Lakes is a residential community that is comprised of 200 single-family homes on the east side of Indianapolis. It surrounds the vast Lawrence Lake where residents can enjoy the outdoors including boating, fishing and camping.
