HOUSTON, July 26, 2017 -- Archrock, Inc., (NYSE:AROC) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.48 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on August 15, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2017.
The dividend to be paid in August 2017 is unchanged from the first-quarter 2017 dividend.
